Coyote Lanes Facility Upgrade, Yuma Proving Grounds, Yuma, AZ
Work included installing upgraded emergency lighting and exit signs, replacing smoke sensing fire detectors, and replacing split systems with air cooled condensing units for future installation of an additional condensing unit. KC performed demolition and replacement of the existing kitchen exhaust fan system and relocated the fan to the roof. The sewer drains were removed and replaced with new four-inch drains and grease interceptor. A new mop sink and additional floor drain were added to the building. One permanent safety anchor tie off point to the roof was installed along with walk off matting around new roof curb. The exterior walls were painted and stucco patched over old the grease fan wall penetration. The concrete sidewalk was replaced and red rock finish was utilized to landscape and grade the area accordingly.
