KC fixed leaking windows in Hangar 3. Lead and asbestos tests were performed prior to work performed. KC reflashed and resealed the entire window system and ensured the flashing used matched the existing flashing. KC ensured that the building was protected from inclement weather during the repairs. KC replaced both interior and exterior window gaskets; ensured I-beam above window system was weathertight; replaced damaged drywall in Commander’s and adjacent offices; and painted to match existing walls. Field tests were conducted, in the presence of government representatives, to ensure that the new system was free from leaks.
